Middle School Field Trips

We are planning a trip to see William Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing at ISU on Wednesday, April 19, as part of our units on Shakespeare’s plays. The 6th, 7th, and 8th grades are all invited but not required to come. Each student will need $4 for admission turned in by Thursday, April 13. We will leave as soon as school starts that day and have lunch in Pocatello. We’d love to have some chaperones come with us as well.

April 21 is the 4th and 8th grades’ trip to Boise. We will leave at 6:00 SHARP that morning. Students should work to earn whatever money they want to take with them.

On Friday, April 28, we’ll be making a trip to the Museum of Idaho in Idaho Falls to see their current exhibit, Rome: Military Genius and Mighty Machines. This trip is also optional, though students can earn extra credit and house points for attending. The cost is $3 each. Because the tickets come with coupons to Wendy’s, we will likely stop there for lunch. $5 should cover lunch.

Lastly, we’re planning a Shakespeare Readers’ Theater the week of May 15. More details on days and times soon, but barring other conflicts we can plan for May 17 and 18 at 6.

Thanks!

Emily
